• The Event is open to individuals aged between 4 to 8 years.
• Participants must fall within one of the following categories:
  • Category 1: Jr. KG and Sr. KG
  • Category 2: Grade 1
  • Category 3: Grade 2
  • Category 4: Grade 3
• Participants must register for the Event and pay the non-refundable registration fee of ₹100 to be eligible to participate.

• The total prize pool for the Event is ₹4,00,000.
• Prizes will be awarded to winners in each category.
• For Category 1 and 2:
  • 1st Prize: HiBoy BK1 worth ₹45,000
  • 2nd Prize: SmartXR Scholarship worth ₹35,000
  • 3rd Prize: Curated book set and vouchers for kids worth ₹10,000.
• For Category 2 and 3:
  • 1st Prize: iPad Mini worth ₹50,000
  • 2nd Prize: Miko 3 worth ₹25,000
  • 3rd Prize: Curated encyclopedia set worth ₹10,000.

• The Event consists of three rounds: two qualifying rounds and one grand finale.
• The qualifying rounds will be conducted online through the SmartXR Kids App.
• The grand finale will be an in-person event held in Pune, India.
• Participants who qualify from the qualifying rounds will compete in the grand finale for the Chhota Prodigy title in their respective category.

• Winners of the grand finale will be awarded prizes at a prize distribution ceremony.
• All participants of the grand finale will receive physical certificates, and all participants, including those from the qualifying rounds, will receive e-certificates.

• SmartXR Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms, the Event structure, or any other aspect of the Event at any time without prior notice.

• SmartXR Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be in violation of these Terms or engaged in any form of misconduct or cheating during the Event.

• SmartXR Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred by
• Participants during the Event.
• Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the Event, including travel
• arrangements to and from the grand finale venue.
• SmartXR Technologies Pvt Ltd is not liable for any technical issues that Participants’ smartphones may face during the Event, including but not limited to:
  • Network connectivity issues
  • Device compatibility issues
  • Software glitches or crashes

• Winners of the grand finale will be awarded prizes at a prize distribution ceremony.
• All participants of the grand finale will receive physical certificates, and all participants, including those from the qualifying rounds, will receive e-certificates.

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, India.

By participating in the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not participate in the Event.

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
